

Managing Director Paul Davey has confirmed the green light has been given to open a new NORMA facility in Thailand for the production of fluid systems.
The plant is expected to be operational in early 2011 with a planned capacity of up to 2.0 million fluid assemblies per year within the first 3 years of operation.
It will service predominantly automotive, off road & heavy truck customers in the fast growing South East Asia markets.
Another new NORMA company in Malaysia is currently in the incorporation process, the office will initially undertake Sales & Marketing activities but could also be utilized as a potential supply point for Proton.
NORMA has become a registered vendor for Proton in the last 6 months and has numerous projects in the pipeline in conjunction with Proton's Engineering partner Lotus Engineering Malaysia.®
