The DIN 3016 standard NORMAFIX® pipe retaining clips are suitable for securing pipes, cables harnesses, cable protection pipes, hoses and cables. They are used in almost all sectors of industry, e.g. in the automotive industry, mechanical and application engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics, measurement and control engineering and the chemical, shipbuilding, electrical and food processing industries.
NORMAFIX® pipe retaining clips are manufactured from zinc plated mild steel or stainless steel and are available in 3 standard types:
TYPE 0 : Pipe Retaining Clamp round shape (to order only)
TYPE 1 : Pipe Retaining Clamp loop shape (standard range with rubber)
TYPE 2 : Pipe Retaining Clamp open shape (to order only)
The form-fitting and adaptable band is reinforced at the ends. Where there is a high mechanical load, for example with pressurized lines, this design feature prevents any tearing or loosening in the clamping area.
All three types are available with rubber sleeve (RSGU) in Polychloroprene, or without (RS). The rubber sleeve provides protection against vibration and water penetration.
Reinforced band ends = preventing the clip from tearing or loosening in cases where there is a high mechanical load.
Form fitting and adjustable band = ease of assembly = safe attachment.
Rubber profile = vibration damping & protection, sound insulation and tight fit on object.
- Available in 2 material grades (W1 & W5 - W3 & W4 on request)

- The clips are furnished without screws and nuts
- With anti-vibration rubber sleeve
- Available with 6, 8 & 10 mm mounting holes.

- W1: Band: Alu Zinc - Screw & Housing: Mild Steel Zinc Plated Clear Chromate.
- W5: Band, Screw & Housing: High Grade Stainless Steel throughout (1.4401/AISI 316)

Economy version suitable for use in applications submitted to only slight mechanical loads.

NORMAFIX® Heavy Duty
For the demanding applications, where a high strength clamp is required (e.g. mining and earth moving equipment). The clip has a full vinyl coating to protect the surface of the clamped item.
- Band width: 19mm and 25mm (19mm with 10mm mount hole, 25mm with 13mm mount hole)
